hello.
surprised at what, or who have not yet filled the complete list of unlocked weapons.
in general was too lazy to make beautiful skinshoty therefore simply show the leaf, and as a bonus!! items and builds

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

            • tf2 weapons <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc
